Terms & Conditions
1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all quotes, assignments, orders, and agreements with Skaeg Photography. By accepting a quote, placing an order, or commissioning a service, the client agrees to these terms. Any deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing by both parties.
2. Pricing & Payment
Invoices must be paid within 30 calendar days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
If full payment is not received within this period, a first payment reminder will be sent. If the outstanding amount remains unpaid 30 calendar days (+3 business days if not sent electronically) after this reminder, the following compensation applies automatically and without prior notice:
€20 if the outstanding amount is €150 or less.
€30 + 10% on the outstanding amount above €150.
€65 + 5% on the outstanding amount above €500, with a maximum of €2,000.
In case of late payment, the client is also liable for statutory interest in accordance with the law of August 2, 2002, on combating late payment in commercial transactions.
3. Cancellation & No-Show
If a shoot is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
If the client fails to attend, 50% of the total amount will still be invoiced.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
4. Publication Rights & Privacy
Skaeg Photography reserves the right to publish photos and videos on the website and social media channels (such as Facebook, Instagram, blog, etc.).
If the client does not wish for certain images to be published, they must explicitly notify in writing before the shoot.
5. Liability
Skaeg Photography is not liable for damages incurred during a photoshoot unless caused by intent or gross negligence on the photographer's part.
The client is responsible for any damage to equipment or materials caused by themselves or third parties during the shoot.
6. Complaints & Disputes
Complaints regarding delivered services or invoices must be reported in writing within 8 days of receipt.
If the client fails to meet their payment obligations, Skaeg Photography reserves the right to suspend further services and consider the agreement terminated.
Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [your region/city to be filled in].
